Code of practice for geothermal heating equipment in Rotorua

This Code is designed to ensure that geothermal energy employed for heating purposes in Rotorua is used safely and without waste. Controls are placed on the efficiency of the heating equipment, the temperature at which drawoff from the geothermal field may be discharged, and the thermal losses from pipes and equipment. Intended to provide a means of compliance with the requirements of the Geothermal Energy Regulations.
