Battery operated electric fence controllers
Applies to devices by means of which electric fences are electrified with a continual train of extra-high voltage impulses for the purpose of controlling livestock. Applies to devices designed for operation from either primary or secondary batteries having a nominal voltage not exceeding 32 V. Requirements are given for construction, performance, and testing. Impulse parameters include length, spacing, voltage and coulomb content. Safety limits must be complied with, even when any two defects occur simultaneously.
