Guide to development and presentation of fire tests and their use in hazard assessment

Describes the theory of fire behaviour, of fire hazard and its assessment and the associated need for fire tests. Gives guidance on the principles to be followed in the development of fire test methods, the expression of results and how to convey information on fire characteristics. Recommends an objective and unambiguous system of terminology.
