Model bylaw for precautions against fire and panic in theatres, public halls, and assembly halls

Bylaw relates to precautionary measures against fire and panic in buildings required to be licensed by section 312 of the Municipal Corporations Act 1933, or by the provisions of any Act passed in substitution therefor or in amendment thereto.
