Methods of test for geotextiles, Determination of the tensile properties using a wide width strip
Describes a method using a 200 mm wide strip of fabric applicable to most geotextiles including woven fabrics, nonwovens, layered fabrics, knitted fabrics and felts. The method is also applicable to geogrids, but the specimen dimensions may need to be altered.
