Specifies minimum requirements for the design of reinforced and prestressed concrete structures. Applicable only to structures and parts of structures complying with the materials and workmanship requirements of NZS 3109. Referenced in BIA Approved Document B1 as a means of compliance for the New Zealand Building Code.
