BS 4160:1967
Specification for inks for letterpress three- or four-colour printing (British and European common standard)
Yellow, magenta and cyan. Specifies colour, colour strength, transparency, light fastness and solvent resistance. Appendices give the method of preparation of reference prints and an abstract from European Standard CEI 12-66, published by the European Committee of the Paint and Printing Ink Manufacturers Associations, with which prints of the master standard inks comply.
