Specification for silica gel, cobalt chloride impregnated
Specifies requirements for a grade of desiccant principally intended for use in packaging and in applications where a visual indication of the need for renewal or reactivation is required. Covers pH reaction, absorptive capacity, particle size and moisture, and includes limits for cobalt chloride content, water- soluble sulphates, friability and dust. Test methods are described.
