Provides manufacturers and suppliers of electricity and users of electrical equipment intended for connection to an electrical network, with testing and measurement techniques for instrumentation intended for measuring spectral components for both individual items of equipment and the actual supply systems, in order to maintain electromagnetic compatibility within the electrical network. Identical to and reproduced from IEC 61000-4-7, Ed. 2.0 (2002).
