Method for measurement of the rate of gassing of cable and capacitor insulating oils under electrical stress and ionization
Describes a procedure for measuring the rate at which gas is evolved or absorbed when an oil is subjected to a sufficiently high electrical stress. Gives a formula for calculating the gassing tendency of an oil.
