This joint standard was developed in conjunction with Standards Australia (SA) who advised us that the standard was reviewed and resulted in a new Australian (AS) only standard AS 1839:2021. However this edition will remain current within New Zealand. For the most up to date Australian standards, visit www.standards.org.au.

Sets out procedures for the installation of premoulded fibre-reinforced plastic swimming pools complying with the requirements of AS/NZS 1838:1994, for above and below ground locations.
