We continue to work flexibly

Following Government COVID-19 guidelines we have adapted our work practices, including working remotely. Working flexibly is already a key part of how we operate and our team is well equipped to respond to your enquiries and support you while working from home.

Our phone lines are open, however the best way to contact us at this stage is by email at enquiries@standards.govt.nz. We will respond as quickly as we can.

Buying standards and accessing subscriptions

Customers can continue to make PDF purchases online as normal but, where payment is made via internet banking, it may take additional time to process.

All Online Library customers can continue to access their standards subscription online without any disruptions.

Standards development committees

All committee meetings, if they go ahead, will be conducted remotely until further notice by phone or video call.
