Your feedback is important to us
We've taken on board feedback from previous surveys including updating our website and online shop experience, trialing a digital e-reader platform, and we have embedded flexible and affordable options for working with us and developing standards. Whatever the product or service you've used, telling us about your experience will help shape our service and future initiatives.
The online survey should take you no more than five minutes to complete. Your responses are completely anonymous. The survey closes 24 May.
