Specifies design loads, design criteria and general requirements for scaffolding. Design loads include dead loads, live loads and environmental loads. Design criteria include requirements for bracing members, stability, anchorage and ties, eccentric loading of compression members and design height of scaffold. General requirements include working platform dimensions, and stairway and landing access.
