Approval and test specification - Particular requirements for refrigerators and food freezers (=AS 3303:1990)
(±IEC 335-2-24:1984) In the appliance safety series, this Standard is to be read as a supplement to the General requirements (AS 3300/NZS 6300:1992, ±IEC 335-1 second edition, see Basic information above). It modifies the corresponding clauses to apply to refrigerators with or without frozen food storage compartments, and food freezers, and their combinations. Particular features specified include moisture resistance, and stability. Does not deal with performance (see AS 1430). Does not apply to separate motors (see AS 3305), commercial refrigerated food cabinets (NZS/AS 3182), nor to appliances for industrial purposes. Approved electrical safety Standard
