Industrial trucks - Powered industrial trucks
Fire safety standard for powered industrial trucks including type designations, areas of use, maintenance and operation. This standard applies to fork trucks, tractors, platform lift trucks, motorised hand trucks and other specialised industrial trucks powered by electric motors or internal combustion engines. This standard does not apply to compressed air or non-flammable, compressed gas-operated industrial trucks, to farm vehicles, or to automotive vehicles for highway use. Identical to and reproduced from ANSI/NFPA 505:1978.
