Agreement for small building contracts (excluding supply of land)
Provides a form of building contract agreement for small buildings suitable for owners who are making their own building arrangements. It is not intended for use where the owner employs an architect or other professional supervisor. NOTE: This Standard Agreement refers to out of date legislation that has been repealed or superseded. Current legislation such as the Construction Contracts Act 2002 is not referenced in this Standard. Purchasers must seek appropriate legal advice before using this Standard Agreement.
