Specification for hexachloroethane
Two grades of material for smoke compositions and other industrial purposes: Type A, suitable when free flowing material not essential, Type B, with improved flow properties. Melting range, free flowing properties (Type B), ash and gritty matter, matter insoluble in ethanol, water, acidity or alkalinity, free chlorine, water-soluble chlorides. Methods of test appended.
