Measurement of sound insulation in buildings and of building elements, Statement of precision requirements

Procedures for assessing uncertainty in the acoustical measurements due to non-systematic influences. Compares the differences from 3 consecutive pairs of complete measurements with tentative repeatability figures as a check on one laboratory and test procedure. The method can be extended to cover tests by several different laboratories on the same building element.
