Provides the users of electromagnetic emissions Standards with a description of the electromagnetic disturbance phenomena that can be expected on public electricity supply systems, and their effects on electrical equipment when subjected to voltage dips and short interruptions. It includes some statistical measurement results as a general reference. Identical to and reproduced from IEC/TR 61000-2-8, Ed. 1.0 (2002).
