Intruder alarm systems - Road vehicles - Performance requirements
Specifies the requirements and test methods for vehicle security alarm systems intended as original equipment and for post-delivery installation in vehicles intended for the carriage of passengers. It includes sections on general requirements, test requirements, product information and marking, and equipment variations. Appendices are provided for the requirements of sound level test for sounding devices and detection range test for ultrasonic movement detectors.
