Approval and test specification - Portable lamp standards and brackets
Specifies electrical safety requirements, to be read in conjunction with NZS/AS 3100. Applies to lighting fittings intended to be placed on a horizontal surface, or attached by springs or clamps to vertical or inclined surfaces, or to be held in the hand; but does not apply to inspection handlamps (see AS/NZS 3118 ), nor to fixed luminaires (NZS/AS 3137).
