Approval and test specification - Electric inspection handlamps
Specifies electrical safety requirements, to be read in conjunction with NZS/AS 3100. Applies to portable fittings for use on low voltage or extra low voltage supply, designed for holding incandescent or discharge lamps and capable of being held in the hand, intended primarily for inspection purposes, but excluding those marked for operation not over 32 V, fitted with miniature lampholders. Does not apply to portable lighting fittings (see AS/NZS 3128). Approved electrical safety Standard.
