General Playground Equipment and Surfacing Handbook
This document is a Handbook to NZS 5828:2004. It is intended for owners and operators of playground facilities as a guide for achieving compliance with the Standard. It does not replace the Standard nor does it add any content to the Standard, but aims to present key safety information in everyday terms. It presents examples, recommendations and commentaries that provide guidance and includes checklists for different applications based on a risk management framework that will assist in reaching compliance with the Standard.
