Addresses recommendations from the Canterbury Earthquakes Royal Commission where sufficient information and agreement is available to support implementation. In addition, errors in the original published standard and commentary have been corrected and included in this amendment. This amendment is only available incorporated into the standard. It is not available as a separate document.
