High breaking load steel wire ropes — Specifications
Specifies a range of round-strand steel wire ropes for use where a higher-than-normal strength to diameter ratio is required. Does not apply to ropes for use in: mine hoisting; aircraft controls; deep drilling, aerial ropeways and funiculars; lifts and elevators.
