Methods of measurement of liquid flow in open channels. Weirs and flumes, Round-nose horizontal crest weirs
Gives a method of measurement of flow in rivers and artificial channels under steady conditions using round-nose broad crested weirs. The flow conditions considered are limited to steady flows which are uniquely dependent on the upstream head.
