Measurement of liquid flow in open channels. Dilution methods, Constant rate injection
Deals with the selection of site and preliminary tests, the preparation and injection of the chemical substance, the substances used, and methods of estimation, such as the colorimetric technique, the conductivity technique and the technique of volumetric chemical analysis. Guidance is given on the estimation of errors, and appendices give examples for calculation of the discharge and the estimation of tolerances.
