Provides the Australian and New Zealand electrical industries, including manufacturers and regulatory bodies, with general safety requirements for appliance couplers for household and similar general purposes, and which may be used as the basis for approval for sale or for connection to supply in Australia and New Zealand. Adopted, with national modifications, from IEC 60320-1, Ed. 2.1 (2007).
