Specification for unused mineral insulating oils for transformers and switchgear

Gives requirements and test methods for unused insulating oils, both with and without additives, intended for use in transformers, switchgear and similar electrical equipment. Specifies limit values for viscosity, flash point, pour point, density, neutralization value, corrosive sulphur, water content, sludge and acidity after oxidation, breakdown voltage, dissipation factor and gassing tendency.
