Buying standards and accessing subscriptions
Customers can continue to make PDF purchases online as normal but, where payment is made via internet banking, it may take additional time to process. We are also unable to take credit card payments over the phone until we return to our offices.
Customers who have IP address-based logins can ask their account administrator for read-only login credentials to access their standards library from home. For more information about this option, visit our Online Library Support page to access our read-only user guide.
The good news is that our print suppliers are now open again under Level 3 from 28 April and are able to fulfil hard copy orders.
All Online Library customers can continue to access their standards subscription online without any disruptions.
Standards development committees
In line with the Government announcement, all committee meetings, if they go ahead, will be conducted remotely until further notice, by phone or video call.
