Nathan and his team are responsible for managing Standards New Zealand's IT, webshop, standards catalogue and providing in-depth business data and intelligence.
The team is focused on delivering a high-quality customer experience, extensive data analysis, and seamless access to all our standards and other documents via the webshop.
Nathan has worked in both the private and public sectors, leading ICT Infrastructure, Managed Service and Customer service-based teams. He has extensive experience in Service delivery, ICT governance and assurance, Service design and operational readiness, vendor management, and stakeholder engagement.
