Unless three-quarters of the representatives of the members of a Civil Defence Emergency Management Group present at a meeting of the Group agree otherwise, at its meetings the Group must follow the New Zealand Standard for standing orders (NZS: 9202:1992) or any New Zealand Standard substituted for that standard.
