Hardcopy Standards
Order hardcopy Standards through our webshop following the steps below, or by email, mail, phone, or fax and pay by credit card or cheque (see details below). If you are a Standards New Zealand member, you will recieve a 20% discount and can choose to be invoiced. A handling fee applies to all hardcopy orders. Hardcopy orders are dispatched by courier within 24 hours of receipt of payment. Orders within New Zealand are usually received within one or two working days after ordering.

To order a hardcopy Standard on our webshop
- Start by entering the title or keywords that you want to search (such as AS/NZ 3500 or ‘plumbing’) in the search panel on the right side of this screen
- When you have located the Standard, click on the title, then click on the shopping cart icon to the right of the ‘book’ icon
- If you wish to order more than 30 hardcopies of a Standard, please email details to enquiries@standards.co.nz or call 0800 782 632 during business hours for a quotation.

Electronic (PDF) Standards
Order electronic copies of Standards in PDF format through our webshop following the steps below, or by email, mail, phone, or fax and pay by credit card or cheque. You may only print one hard copy of any PDF document for your company's internal purposes. Once you have completed your order and payment has been received, a PDF version of the Standard will be made available for you to download from our webshop. If you are a Standards New Zealand member, you will receive a 20% discount and can choose to be invoiced.
To order a PDF Standard
- Start by entering the title or keywords that you want to search (such as AS/NZ 3500 or ‘plumbing’) in the search panel on the right side of this screen
- When you have located the Standard, click on the title, then click on the shopping cart icon to the right of the PDF icon
- To apply for a copyright licence to print further copies, please email copyright@standards.co.nz or call 0800 782 632 during business hours.

Ordering overseas Standards
We can supply International Organization for Standardization (ISO) and International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) documents as hardcopies or PDFs – simply follow the steps above for ordering a hardcopy or PDF document above.
Remember to select the ‘ISO’ or ‘IEC’ radio button in the search panel.
You can order hardcopy ISO, IEC, and BSI British Standards from our webshop following the steps above for ordering a hardcopy Standard.
