There are a few steps to follow in order to reset the password for your account, we have detailed these below.
This process is for resetting the password to access your account to purchase standards, if you are trying to view standards on your Online Library subscription please check with the Online Library administrator within your organisation, or contact our Customer Services team at OnlineLibrary@standards.govt.nz or call 0800 782 632.
You should see the below login screen. Click on login at the top right of the screen and you will see the drop down box. Do not enter your username, simply click on the 'Forgot password?' link (as highlighted below) to be taken to the next step.
You will then see the screen below, enter your email address and you will be sent a link to reset your password.
Note: If you have not verified your email you will need to do this first, when you enter your forgotten password request you will receive an email with a link to verify you have access to the email address. Once you have done this, you will need to repeat steps 1 and 2.
Follow the instructions in the email to reset your password. Once it is reset, click on 'login' again and enter your username and your new password. You know you are logged in correctly when your name appears where the 'login' link was.
