Debbie Chin
Chief Executive Officer

Debbie stepped into the role of Chief Executive Officer of Standards New Zealand on 15 October 2007.  Debbie is responsible for providing strategic leadership of Standards New Zealand by working with the Standards Council and the Senior Leadership Team to establish, implement and over-see the organisation's long-term goals, strategies, plans, and policies.

Shona Weller
General Manager Customer Services and Sales

Shona and her team are responsible for publications marketing, promotion, sales, service, and order fulfilment. Shona also has primary responsibility for customer relationship development with public and private sector organisations, industry groups, industry training organisations, and training providers.

Cas Cinque
General Manager Solutions

Cas leads the team that has responsibility for primary relationship with funders, national Standards bodies, industry groups, and for the development of Standards Solutions and relationships with committee members.

Rob Warner
General Manager Strategic Development and Innovation

Rob has responsibility for Standards New Zealand's strategic and business planning, policy development, core product and service innovation, the trans–Tasman interface with Standards Australia, and governance support functions for the Standards Council (as Company Secretary). Rob also manages and oversees the national Standards body's strategic relationships with key public sector agencies, for example the Ministry of Economic Development, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade, the State Services Commission, and the Department of Prime Minister and Cabinet.

Michelle is responsible for providing strategic and financial guidance to help meet the organisation's vision and financial objectives. Michelle leads the finance, IT, and human resource teams that are responsible for providing support services across the organisation.
